We have a No Return or Refund Policy on purchased trailers. All sales are final and all deposits are non-refundable. Once the purchase is complete, all documents must be turned into the state for title and registration processing and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Trailer deposits will hold the trailer for 7 days. If the trailer is not picked up within the 7-day period, the deposit will be forfeited.

All parts sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

All rental deposits are non-refundable. All rentals that are picked up and returned early are non-refundable.
